Praxis Works

Terms of Service

Updated October 26, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Praxis Works platform by mental health practitioners and their clients.

1. Subject of the service and platform status

Praxis Works provides software for running a practice: client records, scheduling, generation of therapeutic workbooks, and note automation. The service is not a medical organization, does not provide medical services, and does not replace qualified psychotherapeutic or psychiatric care.

2. Disclaimer of medical liability

Responsibility for the quality, methods, recommendations, and content of psychological consultations rests entirely with the practitioner. The platform does not guarantee any specific psycho-emotional outcomes for the practitioner's clients.

3. Practitioner's duties when recording sessions

The practitioner undertakes to obtain the client's prior informed consent before recording a session's audio or using the AI assistant for transcription. Using the service for covertly recording third parties is strictly prohibited.

4. Account and security

The user is responsible for safeguarding access to their Google and Telegram accounts. The platform may restrict account access in the event of a violation of law or third-party rights.

Payment and refunds

Spark packs and paid plans are paid for through Lava.top in euros. Sparks and the plan switch on once the payment is confirmed. A subscription renews on its own for the term you chose; you can turn renewal off on the plans screen and the paid term stays. Refunds are requested by email to support.

5. Changes to the terms

The current version of the agreement is always available on this page. Continuing to use the service after the terms are updated means acceptance of the new version.

6. Feedback

Questions and claims should be sent to: danyarovoy2007@gmail.com
